Digital Delivery / Shipping Policy

Digital products only

Dopadroid currently provides software downloads, digital licences and related digital services. No physical goods are shipped unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

Free downloads

Products marked free are delivered through the download options shown on the relevant product page. A payment is not required to receive a free download.

Paid software and licences

For paid digital products, delivery may be by direct download, licence key, account or access instructions, or another electronic method described on the product page. Where delivery is automated, access is normally provided after a successful payment confirmation.

Manual or customized delivery

Customized, white-label or manually fulfilled products may require additional setup. The expected delivery method and timeline will be stated before purchase or agreed with the customer separately.

Delivery problems

If a successful payment has been completed but the promised digital product or access has not been delivered, contact support@dopadroid.com with the payment or order reference. Do not send card details, OTPs or passwords.

Shipping charges

Because current Dopadroid products are delivered electronically, physical shipping charges do not apply.
