Dopadroid is currently a primarily static website. You can browse products and knowledge pages without creating an account.

Information you provide

If you contact Dopadroid, request support, purchase a paid product, or make an optional supporter payment, information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing information, transaction reference and the content of your request may be processed as needed to provide the service and maintain transaction records.

Payment processing

Payments are intended to be processed by Razorpay. Payment information required to complete a transaction is submitted to the payment provider. Dopadroid does not need to receive or store your full card number or card security code.

How information is used

Information may be used to deliver software or licences, confirm payments, provide support, investigate failed or disputed transactions, comply with legal/accounting requirements, protect the service, and improve Dopadroid products.

Service providers

Dopadroid may use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, payments, email, downloads and operational tooling. These providers process information according to their own terms and the services they provide to Dopadroid.

Analytics and cookies

Dopadroid does not currently require user accounts or advertising cookies. If analytics or additional tracking technologies are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Retention

Transaction, support and accounting records may be retained for as long as reasonably required for support, fraud prevention, legal, tax and accounting obligations. Information that is no longer needed should not be retained indefinitely without purpose.
